Meet our team
Mike Croxall
Mike Croxall
A Chattanooga-native, Mike struck gold when meeting his wife, Hilde, a Norwegian exchange student, back in the days of big hair and short shorts. They settled in Chattanooga, TN, where they raised three sons, Hayden, Kristian, and Camden. Mike started his career in marketing and sales before launching businesses in vehicle rentals and pallet supply during the 90s and early 2000s. During the recession, Mike moved into the realm of construction, starting Croxall Construction Company in 2008. His company has grown to encompass both residential and commercial construction. He is a former president of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga, where he now serves on the Board of Directors and the Political Action Committee. His favorite past times are spending time with his wife, tennis, traveling, fishing, hunting, and boating.
Hayden Croxall
Hayden Croxall
Despite the abnormal exposure to 70s and 80s hits in his dad's truck, Hayden managed to come out relatively normal thanks largely in part to his mother, Hilde. Following his dad's lead, he married up, marrying Katy in 2016. Having grown up on job sites, he ran the opposite direction, working as a teacher straight out of college teaching English to speakers of other languages at The Howard School in Chattanooga. As the saying goes, however, "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree," and Hayden entered the construction realm in 2019, starting Croxall Painting. He left teaching in December 2021 to expand his company operations, starting Croxall Exteriors, a commercial roofing company, and finally coming on board to help run Croxall Residential in August 2022. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga. His favorite past times are spending time with his children, dating his wife, hiking the mountains of Norway, and anything related to sports or exercise.
Kristian Croxall
Kristian Croxall
Kristian embarked on his career path straight out of high school in 2015, joining the family construction business with a passion for building and creating. As he gained hands-on experience in various facets of construction, Kristian realized the value of formal education in advancing his skills and understanding of the industry. This led him to pursue a degree in Construction Management, where he honed his expertise in project planning, resource allocation, and sustainable building practices. Armed with a blend of practical knowledge and academic insight, Kristian is poised to contribute significantly to the legacy of his family business while embracing innovation and efficiency in construction practices. Kristian married his highschool sweetheart Rachael in 2018 after dating since 2013 when they were just 16. His favorite past times are spending time with family and friends, the outdoors, traveling and helping his wife grow her business.

He maintains a general contractor’s license, and enjoys staying up-to-date on the latest advances in building science. Josh loves spending time with his wife, 3 children, and the family dog. His interests are the great outdoors, fitness training, theology, philosophy, and spiritual formation.
Gavin Chambers
Gavin Chambers
Gavin grew up on the outskirts of Chattanooga and took pride as a little boy in watching his grandfather and father excel in constructing control houses for large industrial plants. This same pride later turned into a career pathway as he attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, graduating with a degree in Construction Management. Gavin started out framing houses, gaining important hands-on experience, prior to entering the field as a project manager, where he worked for a year and a half before coming on board at Croxall Residential. He enjoys every aspect of the construction industry from the daily building process to end product of watching families enjoy their new homes. Gavin hit the jackpot in 2022 when marrying his gorgeous wife after years of dating. He enjoys spending time with his wife, hunting, fishing, and working on DIY projects.
Michael Collins
Michael Collins
Michael grew up in South Carolina where he began working as a carpenter in 2012. After 5 years of building homes as a carpenter, he took a break to fulfill a life long goal of serving his country in the US Army. During his military service he earned a bachelor's degree which opened doors into the construction management world. He moved to Chattanooga in 2021 upon exiting the military, and has enjoyed building as a project manager ever since. Michael enjoys spending his time away from work with his beautiful wife and 4 young children.
Andrew Sharps
Andrew Sharps
A transplant to Tennessee, Andrew has now called Chattanooga home for more than 10 years. After working for a period in financial marketing, he started a home remodeling and repair business in the Chattanooga area. Four years later, he took what he had learned from his own company and stepped into full-time construction project management. Apart from work, Andrew stays active as an elder and youth leader in his church along with way too many DIY projects. Often a homebody, he still has a love for new adventures with his wife and their two kids.
